Eco-friendly Australian Native Flora Greeting Cards

A while back I switched the paper I print studio Nikulinsky cards on, to a 100% recycled paper stock (they're still printed in Western Australia with vegetable based inks). I completely over-thought this change, I imagined people would stop stocking the cards and the product wouldn't be as good. I delayed swapping papers, I sweated and agonised over the decision, talking over and over with my eternally-patient husband. ⁣

The change to recycled paper was inevitable, however. I really should have done it from the start! Anyway. I made the change (wearing my big businesswoman pants) and, surprise, all my anxieties were totally wrong. I received multiple emails commending me on the change, which felt really good. The product is actually 𝘣𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳 aesthetically and environmentally. ⁣

This experience has given me confidence to believe that when you create a business and have an environmentally friendly ethos, and really keep working at it, you can't go wrong. Love to know your thoughts on this topic - please leave a comment below!
